The Fourth of July is one of my favorite holidays. The days before and after we get to spend time with family and friends having BBQs, swimming, picnics, parades, and my favorite- fireworks! And of course it's a great time to remember all the people that have given so much for our freedom.
This Independence Day we went to Chris' parents to hang out and celebrate. We had Dad's famous New potatoes and peas and dutch oven chicken. The babies had fun playing in the pool, Hannah kept splashing and then would jump whenever the water shot in her eyes, looking around and wondering who just got her wet!
Once it got dark we went over to Ben and Andrea's to watch the North Ogden fireworks. It was nice not to have to fight the crowds at the stadium and to just sit back and watch them in Ange and Ben's backyard.
